Operationalizing expert-led media, multi-track events, and enterprise partnerships with speed, consistency, and quality at scale.
Six Five Media is a B2B media company producing expert-led video content, podcasts, and live events for the world's leading technology brands, including Fortune 100 companies and global enterprise partners.
When I joined, Six Five was scaling rapidly. The content pipeline was expanding across formats and channels, live event production was growing in complexity, and enterprise partner expectations were at an all-time high. The operational infrastructure needed to keep pace with the ambition.
As Executive Producer, I was brought in to lead production operations, not just executing individual shows, but building the systems, workflows, and team structures that made consistent, high-quality output possible at scale.
My work spanned end-to-end production management, cross-functional team coordination, and the creation of intake and delivery systems that gave every stakeholder, internal and external, a clear, reliable picture of progress.
Build a production infrastructure that could support enterprise-grade output without sacrificing speed, quality, or team cohesion.
Six Five already had Salesforce as its CRM — but as content volume was set to nearly double and social output was projected to grow up to 10x, the system couldn't keep pace. It lacked collaboration tools, had no calendar or timeline views, and project setup for a single engagement could take over 1.5 hours. Each production ran on its own ad-hoc workflow, making it impossible to forecast resources, manage dependencies, or give partners reliable status updates.
The Summit, as the flagship annual event, represented the most visible pressure point: 50+ sessions, a global speaker lineup, and zero margin for logistical error.
Six Five ran on Salesforce — but Salesforce alone couldn't handle the scale ahead. I identified the gaps, built a business case, and pitched a full Asana + Salesforce integration to leadership. It wasn't an easy sell. The org had built workflows around Salesforce and changing that system mid-growth required a strong argument. I made one — and got it approved.
From there, I designed and built the entire system from scratch: integrated project boards, stage-gated templates for every production type, automated rules that routed deliverables to the right team boards on assignment, and dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility across all concurrent productions. I also created the SOPs and trained the team on the new workflows.
Standard Operating Procedures database with deliverable templates for every production type — virtual webcast, IRL production, social cuts, marketing campaigns — powering the Master Project Template.
Client project board structure showing Master Project Task architecture — Video, Campaign, Event Production deliverables connected via subtask relationships for full pipeline visibility.
Training guide built to onboard the full team onto the new system — documenting task connection rules, naming conventions, and board management to ensure org-wide consistency.
Live dashboard showing 292 video assets under management in 2026 — 51 active in pipeline, 108 full video edits, 269 pieces of marketing content published. Scale made visible.
As Executive Producer for the Six Five Summit 2025, I oversaw all production operations for the company's flagship annual event, coordinating 50+ sessions across multiple tracks with a global speaker and partner roster.
Nine-month Summit production timeline spanning Milestones, PM, Website & Branding, Marketing & Production, Business Development, and Production tracks — coordinated across the full org from Q1 through post-event archival.

Six Five was proof that operational infrastructure is what separates a one-time production from a repeatable, scalable media business.
The Summit showed me that at a certain level of complexity, 50+ sessions, Fortune 100 partners, global teams, the system is the product. If the system is solid, the content can be exceptional. If it isn't, everything suffers regardless of how talented the team is.
Building that foundation, the intake forms, the delivery workflows, the dashboards, the partner touchpoints, was the invisible work that made everything else possible. That's the work I love most, and the work I bring to every engagement through the SPARK framework.
